About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support forecasting, borrowing base and availability tracking, covenant monitoring, and lender reporting
Own and validate cash flow forecast data inputs, including collections, originations, payroll timing, vendor payment schedules, and facility draw activity
Analyze forecast-versus-actual cash variances and support scenario and sensitivity analysis
Compile borrowing base data across warehouse facilities and prepare borrowing base certificates
Maintain records of facility positions, draws, paydowns, and availability
Calculate and validate covenant compliance across bank partner, warehouse, and securitization facilities
Monitor thresholds, escalate potential compliance items, and prepare covenant compliance certificates
Prepare and reconcile lender and investor reporting data packages and drafts
Manage reporting calendars and support ad hoc lender data requests
Build data inputs and draft outputs for daily cash, weekly liquidity, and monthly funding reports
Maintain reporting templates and support ad hoc analyses
Work closely with the Director of Liquidity, Funding & Reporting and Senior Treasury Operations Analyst
Support Zip’s cash management and treasury operations within its fintech and lending business

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in a treasury, finance operations, FP&A, or financial services role
Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, including building and maintaining structured reports and working confidently with financial data sets
Familiarity with financial reporting, data management, or analytical support in a structured environment
Working understanding of basic financial concepts and attention to detail
Experience in a lending, fintech, or financial services environment is a strong plus
Exposure to credit facilities, lending operations, or structured finance is a plus but not required
Organization to manage multiple recurring tasks accurately and on schedule
Habit of flagging issues early, asking good questions, and keeping people informed
Self-starter mindset and ownership of recurring responsibilities
Clear alignment with Zip’s core values
Must be based in the United States
