About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with the CTO and Product Managers to understand product development processes
Identify repetitive, manual, or time-consuming tasks that could be improved with AI
Build and experiment with AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools
Connect information and workflows across existing Product team tools
Prototype solutions quickly and test them with the team
Evaluate whether automations save time or improve work quality
Document successful workflows for adoption across the Product organization
Explore new AI tools and approaches to improve internal processes
Structure product feedback into actionable insights
Summarize and categorize customer needs at scale
Automate parts of product research and competitive analysis
Create AI workflows for product documentation and specifications
Build lightweight internal AI tools for repetitive Product Management tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active full-time university student status in Hungary
Ability to work 35–40 hours per week
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools, automation, coding, or low-code/no-code solutions
Confident Hungarian and good written and spoken English
Availability to work from the Budapest office Monday–Thursday
Curiosity about technology and business processes
Experience experimenting with AI tools beyond basic ChatGPT/Claude use
Ability to break ambiguous problems into logical steps
Ability to build quick prototypes and iterate
Comfort working without detailed instructions
Ability to understand non-technical users’ problems and translate them into practical solutions
