About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and review payroll and termination settlement calculations
- Handle the monthly payroll closing process
- Organize the operational demands of the Payroll and Personnel Department
- Complete, update, and review forms, spreadsheets, and data received from clients
- Apply relevant labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements
- Guide and monitor the assistant’s work
- Support the organization of deliverables and execution quality
- Manage Payroll and Personnel routines for a Zoe Consulting client company
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in Payroll and Personnel Administration, especially payroll, termination settlement calculations, and monthly closing
- Knowledge of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements
- Ability to perform and review calculations without relying exclusively on software systems
- Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Experience guiding assistants
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile, with initiative, autonomy, and accountability for deliverables
- Reside in São Paulo or nearby municipalities
- Availability to work onsite one day per month in Alphaville
- Own computer and a suitable home workspace
- Higher education degree
- Microsoft Office
