About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set the multi-year Agentic Platform strategy and turn it into a roadmap balancing reliability, product-team speed, and frontier bets
Own core platform primitives including multi-agent orchestration, planning and execution runtimes, memory and context management, tool and MCP infrastructure, guardrails, and observability
Lead the product side of custom model training and fine-tuning on ZoomInfo's proprietary data
Build the decisioning-model layer that enables agents to choose the right action
Run a structured orchestration R&D program and move promising research into production
Identify and ship new platform capabilities that unlock product surfaces and revenue
Partner with engineering to make agent infrastructure production-grade across scale, latency, cost per task, security, and compliance
Build and grow a team of senior and principal PMs

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 10 years building technical products, including at least 3 years leading teams of PMs or running a company
Deep, hands-on experience with production agentic systems — agents that plan, invoke tools, and take real actions, not just chat interfaces
Track record of taking an AI or agentic product from 0→1, either as a founder or as the product leader who owned it end to end
Fluency across the modern agentic stack, including orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom), MCP and tool-calling patterns, RAG and memory architectures, and evals and observability
Enough technical depth to review architecture docs, read agent traces, and prototype in code yourself
Preferred: working knowledge of model development, including fine-tuning, post-training, evaluation design, and the economics of custom versus frontier models
Preferred: experience building platform products where engineering and product teams are your customers
Preferred: experience shipping decisioning, ranking, or recommendation models into production
Preferred: experience in B2B, GTM, or data platform businesses
