Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute the organization's security architecture vision for product and enterprise security
Lead and mentor security architects and engineers based in Israel and the US
Lead the security champions program
Oversee the secure development lifecycle, including threat modeling and vulnerability scanning
Identify and mitigate security risks through assessments and controls
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive security practices and the security agenda
Create and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures
Address cloud platform security, application security, data security, and AI security domains

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in information security
At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing security architecture governance
Strong knowledge of security architecture frameworks and models
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complex security programs
Proven track record leading security architecture initiatives in a global organization
Experience leveraging cloud security architectures and technologies
Prefer experience in a SaaS company
Prefer experience in a multi-cloud environment
