About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and deploy production-grade LLM applications and intelligent agents capable of complex reasoning, secure tool usage and autonomous multi-step workflows
  • Architect enterprise data and tool integrations using MCP servers and establish standardized, reusable connectors across Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, HR and Manufacturing (MES)
  • Enforce security guardrails via AI gateways, including authentication, rate-limiting, logging and policy compliance for model and agent traffic
  • Implement identity inheritance via SSO so agents operate within requesting users' permissions and privileges
  • Work with Information Security on RBAC/ABAC access control for agentic systems
  • Establish observability standards for agent behavior and data access
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build secure, code-driven AI automation
  • Spearhead end-to-end development and deployment of Enterprise Gen AI and LLM initiatives transforming operations across Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, HR and Manufacturing (MES)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in Data/Software Engineering, with 2+ years deploying GenAI/LLMs in production
  • Deep Python proficiency
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or provider-native orchestration, such as Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Assistants/Agents SDK or hand-rolled orchestration
  • Hands-on experience building/integrating MCP servers or comparable connector frameworks
  • Experience with AI gateway solutions, such as Cloudflare AI Gateway, for governing agent traffic
  • Working knowledge of SSO/identity federation, including SAML, OIDC and OAuth 2.0
  • Experience propagating identity through agentic tool calls
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex AI
  • Experience with vector databases, including MongoDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus or OpenSearch
  • Experience building AI solutions for corporate functions like Finance, Legal, HR, Supply Chain or Manufacturing (bonus)
  • Familiarity with AI platform vendor evaluations such as Bedrock, Vertex and Cortex (bonus)
  • Experience defining enterprise IAM integration patterns using Okta, Entra ID or Ping, and establishing AI governance frameworks or centers of excellence (bonus)
  • Previous experience in autonomous vehicle, robotics or high-tech manufacturing sectors (bonus)
