About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own PMO processes and tools end-to-end, including requirements gathering, process definition and documentation, tool configuration, ecosystem integration, user training, rollout, enforcement, and retirement
Leverage AI tools to accelerate day-to-day work and build applications and dashboards supporting processes
Identify and implement opportunities to embed AI agents in processes and tools to reduce user burden or provide new insights
Act as the primary point of contact between PMO, IT, engineering, and operations stakeholders
Serve as a subject matter expert for core PMO tools such as Jira, Confluence, Structure, and Rich Filters
Provide tool guidance, develop best practices, and create user documentation
Establish project plans, track milestones, manage issues and risks, and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Work with engineering and operations to solve issues and support complex cross-functional decisions and programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technology-related field
10+ years of professional experience
5+ years of experience in technical project or program management, focused on systems and tools implementation
Experience with waterfall and agile product development lifecycles
Experience with enterprise-level project management software such as Jira, Confluence, Structure, or similar platforms
Familiarity with configuring automations within PM tools, such as Jira automations or AI agent embedding
Familiarity with leveraging AI tools such as Gemini and Claude to develop processes, training content, dashboards, and apps
Ability to manage ambiguity and own several processes, tools, and stakeholder groups concurrently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions
Bonus: experience in fast-paced hardware and software development environments such as robotics, automotive, aerospace, or consumer electronics
Bonus: Scaled Agile, hybrid agile, or integrated master scheduling experience
Bonus: familiarity with scripting automations and integrations with PM tools
Bonus: experience managing large-scale tool migrations or enterprise system integrations
