About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and prioritise dealer prospects fitting Zopa Auto Finance’s growth strategy and risk appetite
  • Build a healthy regional pipeline and maintain accurate CRM activity, status and next steps
  • Present Zopa’s proposition and guide suitable partners through onboarding
  • Own day-to-day dealer relationships and maintain account plans to improve engagement, proposal quality, volume and long-term value
  • Use performance reviews to identify trends, risks and actions across volume, conversion, credit quality, pricing and customer outcomes
  • Support partners with training, product education and process guidance
  • Resolve partner queries and escalations with internal colleagues
  • Share competitor and regional market insight to support Auto growth strategy
  • Work alongside the Head of Sales and broader team to grow and maintain dealer and broker partnerships
  • Take ownership of key accounts and deliver excellent service while building long-term relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven sales experience and evidence of winning new business
  • Ability to build trusted B2B relationships and manage a regional portfolio
  • Commercial judgement that considers partner quality and customer outcomes
  • Confidence using data, insight and CRM to prioritise activity and improve performance
  • Organisation, resilience and self-motivation for a field-based role
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel regularly across the region
  • Motor finance, dealer finance or regulated commercial experience (bonus)
  • Experience growing a territory, supporting partner onboarding or managing performance, risk or fraud considerations (bonus)
  • Knowledge of the North East, Scotland, Yorkshire or Humber dealer landscape (bonus)
