Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and prioritize daily SFTP and Mirth Connect tasks
Automate manual processes
Analyze multiple file types and standards
Configure SFTP users and folder structures
Troubleshoot SFTP connection issues and other complications
Train end users on SFTP and Secure Forms
Set up folders, credentials, and automated file movement
Work cross-functionally to configure HL7 connections
Provide exceptional customer service to internal employees and clients
Analyze data by writing and running basic SQL queries
Analyze logs to identify and prevent potential issues
Analyze files for complete data
Manage assigned projects
Follow up with clients on live and test data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience utilizing SQL, including writing and running queries, to analyze data
GoAnywhere experience preferred
Knowledge and understanding of file structures and formats, including HL7, EDI X12, image formats, and Excel
Proficient MS Office skills
Ability to understand critical issues and resolve them through problem solving and attention to detail
Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Eagerness and willingness to learn new technology, perform varied tasks, and adapt to change
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
Legally eligible to work in the United States
