About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Procure-to-Pay domain covering procurement, vendor management, AP automation, invoice capture, approvals, and payments
  • Report to the Director of Product and manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and ongoing live-feature health
  • Translate AP and procurement workflows into intuitive software built natively on Oracle NetSuite
  • Define product vision and strategy using market and customer research
  • Set OKRs and prioritize features, enhancements, defects, and technical debt
  • Lead development with Engineering and Design through the Agile lifecycle
  • Integrate Agentic AI for invoice coding, matching, exception handling, and approval routing
  • Design AI guardrails, confidence thresholds, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints
  • Prototype with AI and convert successful concepts into requirements, user stories, and quality evaluations
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategy and enablement
  • Ensure product logic meets global financial and tax compliance standards
  • Monitor performance and iterate using data and customer feedback
  • Maintain intuitive UX for complex NetSuite workflows
  • Manage backlog, stakeholder alignment, UAT, and internal training
  • Use AI tools to summarize customer feedback from Support and Sales
  • Evaluate third-party integrations and support technical debt reduction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • AI-native; builds with AI daily and has shipped AI/agentic features to production
  • 5+ years in Product Management within Fintech, ERP, or B2B SaaS, with direct P2P/AP/procurement ownership
  • Hands-on finance experience as a practitioner or close partner to AP, procurement, or controllership teams
  • Track record taking roadmaps from discovery to launch
  • Experience owning a live, at-scale product while balancing new work, defects, escalations, and technical debt
  • Strong Agile/Scrum skills and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Productboard
  • Proven success in fully remote, asynchronous, globally distributed teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate compliance logic into simple software
  • Preferred: experience with Oracle NetSuite or comparable native ERP platform
  • Preferred: familiarity with Coupa, Ariba, Bill.com, Tipalti, AvidXchange, Ramp, and OCR/document capture
  • Preferred: understanding of VAT/GST/Sales Tax logic across multiple jurisdictions
  • Preferred: finance/accounting/procurement certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPIM
  • Preferred: experience scaling products in Series C–D environments
