About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work as a fully integrated member of consulting teams on client engagements
Support consultants in developing hypotheses, performing analyses, and preparing client presentations
Assist in preparing and facilitating client workshops
Contribute to consulting offerings, including transformation consulting, organisational consulting, operating model design, and enterprise architecture management
Support customer surveys, studies, and thought leadership content such as white papers and op-eds
Help prepare commercial proposals
Support client relationship management activities
Gain hands-on experience across digital consulting topics over six months, from strategy development to the design and launch of digital products and services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a BSc or MSc in Business, Innovation, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Initial practical experience, such as internships
Familiarity with innovation frameworks and modern ways of working
Good understanding of AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs), including practical application and limitations
Strong interest in technology, innovation, and consulting
Structured, analytical mindset
Strong communication skills
Fluent in German
Good command of English
