About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and offers
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Review applications, screen candidates, and assess qualifications against job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify the right candidates for each role
- Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates on recruiting progress
- Help improve recruiting processes and reduce time to hire
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities at once
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience recruiting for remote positions is a plus
