About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build, test, and refine spreadsheet-based models supporting AR aging, invoice accuracy, and collections tracking
Maintain models to ensure accuracy and reliability as business needs evolve
Use complex formulas, pivot tables, and Google Apps Script automation to streamline data processing
Investigate invoice and contract/pricing discrepancies and identify root causes
Collaborate with Location Managers and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and reconcile invoices
Support collections throughout the accounts receivable lifecycle
Flag at-risk accounts and surface potential issues early
Adapt invoice formatting and reporting to varying customer/district requirements
Produce and distribute AR aging and reconciliation reports to Revenue Operations leadership
Identify recurring invoice errors and recommend process improvements
Explore and apply AI tools to improve reconciliation and modeling speed and accuracy
Report to the Revenue Operations team and partner with the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in financial/business operations analysis, revenue operations, billing operations, or a related analytical role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
Advanced spreadsheet skills required, including complex formulas, nested functions, and pivot tables in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Familiarity with Google Apps Script automation is a strong plus
Comfort using AI tools to support clear, well-defined business logic and workflows
Strong foundational understanding of financial and accounting concepts, particularly invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable
Exceptional attention to detail and curiosity for finding and resolving data discrepancies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly process-driven, with discipline to build, document, and maintain repeatable workflows
Strong quantitative skills and analytical rigor
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Must be a local candidate able to work in the Redwood Shores, California corporate office three days per week
