About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end implementations and enhancements in SAP Fieldglass
- Map business processes and translate them into functional solutions
- Configure modules, rules, workflows, and integrations with SAP/ERP systems
- Conduct workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and client validations
- Handle troubleshooting, incident analysis, and continuous optimization
- Produce functional and technical documentation and training materials
- Support presales activities and effort estimations for new opportunities
- Interact directly with international stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience as a Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant
- Proven experience in implementation projects or global rollouts
- Strong command of module configuration (Contingent, SOW, Timesheets, etc.)
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass integrations with SAP/ERP/HRIS systems
- Ability to conduct workshops and engage with business teams
- Advanced English proficiency for meetings, documentation, and interaction with global stakeholders
- Availability to work as an independent contractor, 100% remotely
- SAP Fieldglass or related SAP certifications are a plus
- Experience in BPO, staffing, or contingent workforce management projects is a plus
- Background in SAP SuccessFactors or other SAP modules is a plus
- Previous experience in global consulting firms or multicultural environments is a plus
