About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Shape Zurich’s new rolling forecast approach with Group and local Finance teams
  • Translate business needs into effective solutions
  • Design and build financial forecasting models in Anaplan from the ground up
  • Support key financial KPIs across Life, P&C and Farmers
  • Transform spreadsheet-based planning and forecasting models into scalable Anaplan solutions
  • Develop dashboards and reporting views that provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with Finance teams across countries to understand requirements and drive alignment
  • Transform, validate and reconcile data from multiple sources
  • Contribute to implementation and continuous evolution of the rolling forecast capability across Zurich

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong foundation in Finance, planning or performance management
  • Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for Finance transformation
  • Ability to build new solutions and challenge traditional ways of working
  • Ability to translate Finance requirements into effective forecasting models and processes
  • Experience with Anaplan or similar planning tools is an advantage
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn and ambition to help shape a new global capability
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic transformation environment
  • Ability to collaborate across Group and local Finance teams
  • Ability to contribute ideas and combine Finance expertise, technology and innovation
