About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support store leadership with daily operations and shift management
Open and close the store while managing POS and cash handling responsibilities
Partner with the Store Manager on day-to-day business needs
Process inventory replenishment and maintain stock levels
Deliver exceptional customer service that drives sales and customer loyalty
Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards
Conduct product demonstrations and engage customers with premium brands
Assist with special events, promotions, and grand opening activities
Lead by example and help create an exciting, team-oriented environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional English required
Conversational fluency in Mandarin or Hindi highly preferred
Positive, customer-first mindset with a strong passion for cooking and food
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous retail sales experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
Ability to lift 35+ lbs.
Ability to safely use a ladder
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship available
