About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work through assigned ticket queues, resolving cases while meeting quality, accuracy, and turnaround targets
- Triage cases according to urgency and risk to reduce backlog and meet service-level goals
- Evaluate evidence tied to enforcement reports and apply consistent, policy-aligned actions
- Investigate flagged activity using internal tooling and document reasoning and outcomes
- Escalate ambiguous or high-stakes cases through the appropriate path with supporting evidence and context
- Identify emerging patterns, unusual spikes, and recurring tactics and surface them to the team
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage for up to 7 days at a time
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of experience in trust and safety, fraud, privacy, compliance, or a similarly operational function
- Track record managing ticket-based workflows against productivity and SLA benchmarks
- Comfort applying policy frameworks consistently and knowing when to escalate
- Sharp attention to detail at high case volumes
- Pattern-recognition skills and ability to summarize findings clearly for a lead
- Experience with and willingness to handle difficult or sensitive material
- Familiarity with case management platforms, investigative tooling, and approved AI-assisted workflows
- Flexibility to move across queues as priorities shift
