About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build the platform that IT and Security teams use to discover, govern, and optimize AI and SaaS ecosystems
Deliver features and improvements on the SaaS Manager platform
Take end-to-end ownership of well-defined features from initial development through production
Participate actively in code reviews and provide and receive thoughtful feedback
Write meaningful tests and clear documentation as part of regular development
Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand customer problems and advocate for good outcomes
Surface blockers and open questions early to keep work progressing
Help shape the platform and engineering practices as the team scales

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of professional software development experience
Some knowledge of .NET/C#
Exposure to MongoDB or a comparable document database
Ability to learn new concepts, technologies, and codebases quickly
Ability to take ownership of assigned work and flag problems early
Ability to write clean, well-tested, well-documented production code
Strong collaboration and clear communication skills
Curiosity about agentic AI tools in development workflows
Proactive approach to improving codebases and team processes
Bonus: familiarity with .NET/C#, MongoDB, Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, and other technical stacks
Must live in and be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada; no work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship provided
