About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a key analytical partner to Customer Success and the product-led, digital customer journey
  • Analyze customer movement from sign-up through activation, engagement, conversion, expansion, and renewal
  • Identify adoption, retention, and expansion drivers and turn findings into actionable growth recommendations
  • Define measurement for digital and scaled success programs
  • Size opportunities and identify where the business should invest next
  • Help shape data foundations supporting AI and automation capabilities
  • Use AI to accelerate SQL development, pressure-test interpretations, and create executive narratives
  • Build or support Generative BI applications for stakeholder data exploration
  • Establish data quality standards, governance, and structure for AI transformation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Growth, RevOps, Data Engineering, Marketing, and Finance
  • Contribute to analytical standards and day-to-day performance decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in analytics within complex B2B SaaS environments, ideally in a product-led or self-serve motion
  • Strong PLG and customer lifecycle expertise, including activation, PQLs, cohort analysis, retention, churn, expansion, and growth modeling
  • Experience partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Growth stakeholders
  • Ability to translate open-ended business questions into analytical frameworks
  • Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear recommendations and communicate with senior leaders
  • Experience with experimentation, statistical modeling, or predictive techniques such as churn or propensity modeling
  • Advanced SQL and strong experience with large-scale analytical datasets, including product usage and event data
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools such as Hex, Omni, Claude, Dust, or similar
  • Comfort with Snowflake, Databricks, and dbt
  • Experience with Salesforce and a customer success platform such as Gainsight or similar
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Segment is a plus
  • Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada; no work authorization, relocation assistance, or sponsorship/transferring of a visa offered
  • Successful applicants must complete a background check
