About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Apono’s product team and oversee the entire Apono platform, including its integration with 1Password
Create cohesiveness across product areas, user experiences, workflows, and integrations
Report to the Director of Product on roadmap progress, execution risks, release readiness, and product impact
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and leadership
Set direction across the Apono platform and align product areas with company goals
Own roadmap execution, clarify priorities, surface tradeoffs, and connect delivery to company goals
Guide release planning and tracking, including dependencies, scope changes, launch readiness, and post-release learning
Lead, mentor, and support Product Managers
Coach product teams to identify customer problems, validate assumptions, and deliver focused MVPs
Engage customers and prospects to understand access management challenges and translate insights into product opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product management experience, including leading broad product areas or platforms in a B2B environment
2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing Product Managers
Experience managing Designers is an advantage
Demonstrated experience managing roadmaps, releases, launches, and cross-functional delivery from strategy through execution
Strong product judgment and experience working directly with enterprise customers, technical buyers, security teams, and executive stakeholders
Strong technical orientation, with ability to partner deeply with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, dependencies, and tradeoffs
Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, IAM, privileged access management, DevOps, or another complex technical domain
Experience with artificial intelligence, automation, agentic workflows, platform integrations, or SaaS products
