About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and deploy multi-agent AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Implement agent orchestration, tool-calling, memory, and guardrail logic for production Care operation use cases
- Identify, document, and prioritize AI use cases across Care functions
- Lead AI implementation from proof of concept through production
- Develop and maintain MCP servers exposing enterprise data and capabilities to AI agents
- Build and maintain API integrations with CRM, ticketing, ERP, knowledge bases, and external services
- Develop RESTful APIs and webhook handlers
- Design and manage vector stores, relational schemas, and query performance for AI applications
- Develop low-code process automation solutions
- Set up and maintain AI development and production environments, including LLM APIs, containers, CI/CD, monitoring, and logging
- Conduct process mapping and gap analysis
- Translate process findings into AI-augmented designs and implementation specifications
- Develop evaluation frameworks for AI agent outputs
- Monitor model performance, hallucination rates, and latency
- Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement cycles
- Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Korea HQ counterparts, and SEA business unit stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in software development, process automation, or AI/ML implementation
- Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI systems in production, including multi-agent orchestration, tool integration, and autonomous task execution
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with AI/ML libraries including LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, OpenAI SDK, and Hugging Face Transformers
- Experience designing and building MCP servers and connecting agents to enterprise APIs and databases
- Strong API development and integration skills: REST, GraphQL, OAuth2/JWT authentication, and API gateway configuration
- Database experience with vector databases, relational databases, and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI
- Experience with containerization and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to work on-site at the Dallas, TX office
- Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
- Bilingual in English and Korean required by the overview
- Low-code development experience preferred
- Background in Customer Service, Care operations, or service industry processes strongly preferred
- Korean language proficiency preferred for collaboration with Korea HQ
- Ability to communicate technical designs and implementation status to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-directed and results-oriented; comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
