About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training for Samsung’s Authorized Service Network technicians across Consumer Electronics product lines
Create classroom, virtual, and hands-on/on-the-job training programs for household appliances
Deliver engaging training sessions tailored to different skill levels
Design and update training manuals, guides, and digital resources
Incorporate new techniques, tools, technological advancements, and safety protocols into the curriculum
Evaluate trainees through practical assessments, quizzes, and hands-on demonstrations
Provide feedback and one-on-one coaching to support skill development
Analyze training results against KPI goals
Ensure training follows industry best practices and safety regulations
Stay current with appliance repair trends, tools, and technologies
Collaborate with technical experts, industry partners, and management to align training with business objectives and customer needs
Facilitate communication for trainees to ask questions and share insights
Develop technical training content and video resources

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years’ experience in appliance repair
Minimum of a high school diploma
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to train in front of large audiences
Ability to create a comprehensive training plan based on course needs
Skills in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to learn new things quickly
Ability to travel 50%-80% at times
Flexibility with classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training conditions
Ability to conduct training via WebEx
Ability to conduct training in customers’ homes and work on their products
Ability to stand for up to 7 hours during classroom training
Ability to operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal for more than 50% of work time
Ability to move and transport equipment that may exceed 300 pounds
Ability to work under time schedules, stress, and time-sensitive deadlines
May require working additional hours beyond the normal schedule
Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time without current or future visa sponsorship
