About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary BI relationship partner for assigned clients and internal business leaders
- Lead discovery sessions and business reviews with senior stakeholders
- Communicate recommendations, delivery progress, risks, and tradeoffs; manage expectations and service concerns
- Translate stakeholder needs into business requirements, scope, acceptance criteria, and prioritized work
- Maintain BI solution roadmaps for assigned accounts or business functions
- Evaluate solution options, dependencies, and effort with technical leads
- Establish delivery plans with milestones, owners, resources, and risks
- Manage the BI solution lifecycle from discovery through development coordination, validation, release, training, and service improvement
- Monitor delivery and service performance, resolve blockers, and communicate decisions and recovery plans
- Confirm data availability, metric definitions, access requirements, and governance expectations
- Coordinate business validation and stakeholder acceptance
- Lead adoption planning, communications, training, feedback, and outcome assessment
- Identify opportunities involving automation, advanced analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, and efficient BI delivery
- Conduct recurring solution and service reviews and prioritize enhancements
- Evaluate and pilot new capabilities with analytics and technology leaders
- Align account leadership, operations, BI analysts, developers, and data engineers around priorities and delivery
- Coach team members on stakeholder communication, business requirements, and service delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics consulting, or BI solution delivery
- Demonstrated success managing client relationships, engaging senior stakeholders, and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Working knowledge of BI platforms such as Power BI, data integration, data governance, and enterprise analytics concepts
- Proficiency in Excel
- Working knowledge of Salesforce report building, SQL, and Python
- Strong relationship management, executive presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and manage expectations, competing priorities, and escalations
- Ability to connect BI investments to business outcomes, manage scope and delivery risks, and guide stakeholders through prioritization and acceptance decisions
- Proven ability to influence across teams, manage multiple initiatives, and turn stakeholder feedback and emerging capabilities into practical service and solution improvements
