About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve and exceed market sales targets
- Identify and nurture sales opportunities and convert customer interest into purchases
- Analyze sales data and optimize sales strategies
- Engage customers, listen to their needs, and tailor product recommendations

- Schedule and facilitate sales and product training for store associates and managers
- Maintain knowledge of promotional campaigns, discounts, and exclusive offers
- Complete assigned merchandising projects within timelines and priorities
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends
- Gather customer feedback to identify product, service, and experience improvements
- Submit competitive insights and actionable recommendations to leadership
- Implement and maintain Samsung merchandising displays and plans across the market
- Collaborate with retail partners
- Communicate merchandising challenges and opportunities to leadership
- Analyze competitor merchandising strategies
- Meet sales, in-store time, and training targets
- Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly
- Execute sales activities during store visits
- Establish, maintain, and influence relationships with store and district leadership
- Record and maintain documentation for each visit
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
- Six (6) months prior experience in sales, promotion, brand advocacy
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of home
- May be required to lift, carry, and move objects, such as boxes, equipment, and furniture
- May be required to push and pull objects, such as carts and pallets
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to consistently showcase poise and professionalism
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, retail team environment
- Flexibility in schedule to work weekend or non-standard shifts
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Problem-solving ability
