About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee development, innovation, and delivery of Azure security solutions
- Provide hands-on client work, including architecture oversight, security assessments, executive advisory, and senior escalation support
- Lead and develop Consulting Managers, security architects, and engineers
- Assess team security skills and create upskilling and Microsoft certification plans
- Set the vision and strategy for security delivery excellence
- Collaborate with Data, App Innovation, and Managed Services teams
- Lead security solution development and scalable delivery standards from presale through post-sale execution
- Own frameworks for security assessments, Zero Trust and identity roadmaps, Sentinel and Defender deployments, Purview rollouts, and Copilot and AI security readiness
- Shape go-to-market strategies and support key sales opportunities
- Build customer security roadmaps and expand client relationships
- Serve as a senior escalation point and manage client stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate change orders and project extensions
- Drive delivery performance against revenue, utilization, gross margin, and strategic investment metrics
- Oversee high-impact and priority accounts
- Identify delivery inefficiencies and orchestrate continuous improvements
- Participate in security talent interviews and selection
- Lead market-differentiating security solutions and emerging technology adoption
- Drive team enablement in Azure, AI, and security automation
- Contribute to new security service offerings and AI adoption
Requirements
What you’ll need- Leadership experience within cloud security consulting
- Experience with Azure security solutions, including identity and Zero Trust, threat protection, data protection and governance, and secure AI adoption
- Knowledge of security assessments, Zero Trust and identity roadmaps, Microsoft Sentinel and Defender deployments, Microsoft Purview rollouts, and Copilot and AI security readiness
- Ability to lead security solution development, delivery standards, and engagement frameworks
- Ability to develop go-to-market strategies and support sales pursuits and presales
- Experience with client executive advisory, stakeholder management, and senior escalation support
- Ability to manage Delivered Revenue, Utilization, Gross Margin, and strategic investments
- Experience developing teams through coaching, mentorship, upskilling, and Microsoft certification planning
- Ability to oversee key and priority accounts
- Ability to participate in talent acquisition and candidate selection
