About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customers’ SAP environments, regulatory requirements, and business priorities
  • Recommend solutions addressing customer needs
  • Partner with Business Development teams on complex opportunities
  • Develop solution strategies and deliver tailored demonstrations
  • Contribute to proposals and Scopes of Work
  • Advise customers on structured regulatory content, SAP EHS workflows, integration considerations, and S/4HANA transformations
  • Demonstrate 3E regulatory Content as a Service, 3E Generate, authoring services, and AI-enabled capabilities
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify additional solution adoption opportunities
  • Support customers as their regulatory and business needs evolve
  • Share customer insights with Product, Implementation, and Customer Experience teams
  • Contribute to solution improvements and commercial growth
  • Represent 3E through customer presentations, webinars, and industry events
  • Provide guidance and expertise to fellow Solutions Advisors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in product stewardship, environmental health and safety, chemical regulatory compliance, supply chain compliance, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with SAP EHS
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience in consultative or solution-selling environments
  • Knowledge of global chemical regulatory frameworks such as GHS, REACH, TSCA, WHMIS, HazCom, RoHS, or similar regulations
  • Ability to communicate complex regulatory and technical concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, including effective use of AI tools and ability to discuss practical applications and business value of AI-enabled solutions
  • Approximately 20–30% travel required
  • Based in the US in one of the states where 3E is authorized to hire
  • Eligible to work without sponsorship
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA transformations and evolving SAP EHS environments
  • Experience with regulatory content providers, Content as a Service solutions, or structured data integrations
  • Experience with 3E Generate or similar product stewardship software
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise software or regulatory services sales
  • Previous experience using 3E products or services
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
