About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver sustainable operating plan and economic profit strategies
- Participate fully in the operating plan, monthly rolling estimate (MRE), quarterly operating review (QOR), and quarterly finance review (QFR) processes
- Serve as the right hand of the business unit Area Leader and develop complete understanding of business models to influence decision-making
- Provide ongoing business performance assessment and drive necessary business redirection
- Instill continuous focus on sustainable business process improvements
- Connect value-chain components to capitalize on business potential and operational effectiveness
- Ensure success is achieved through ethical and legal means
- Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards
- Contribute to Environmental Health and Safety culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Seven (7) years in finance or finance-related experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Three (3) years of professional hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel to create, clean, maintain, and analyze datasets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- MBA or Finance Graduate
- Strong financial acumen and ability to translate complex business problems into financial terms
- Technical experience using data visualization, data warehousing, and AI-enabled tools such as Power BI and Snowflake
- Solid understanding of multiple workstreams and how they come together
- Experience applying data, analytics, or reporting capabilities in a consumer-focused business environment
- Creative problem solving and ability to work with diverse functional teams
- Self-starter with ability to drive change
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
