About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support design coordination activities for assigned brands, products, services, or experiences
- Assist in managing design projects from initial strategy and design briefs through concept review and final design delivery
- Work with internal teams and external creative agencies to develop design insights, concepts, and solutions
- Handle inquiries and project tasks of moderate scope and complexity under general guidance
- Follow defined design approaches, systems, processes, and procedures
- Coordinate with design community members and technical specialists to obtain design specifications, input, and guidance
- Contribute to design solutions supporting innovation, product, service, or brand experience goals
- Complete project assignments to continue professional development and build design expertise
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED or higher, completed and verified prior to start
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, SolidWorks, Sketchbook Pro, or similar programs
- Entry-level experience in design coordination, brand design, product design, service design, or a related field
- Strong creativity, curiosity, and passion for design
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external creative partners
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures with regular supervision
- Interest in developing design expertise and applying design best practices
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- May include up to 10% domestic/international travel
