About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day operational market-to-order governance decisions
- Transform business group-driven end-to-end price waterfall strategy and guardrails for margin and growth management
- Lead compliance through governance processes and systems ensuring evidence collection, margin impact visibility, and required approvals meet SOX requirements
- Communicate with executive teams, including finance, to report governance outcomes and margin impacts
- Drive continuous improvement and automation in market-to-order processes
- Champion globalization of strategy and governance and elevate standardization into new technology to increase efficiency and transparency
- Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards
- Follow safety policies, identify hazards, and contribute to continuous EHS improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Five (5) or more years of pricing operations, incentive program management and/or operations experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, operations, or supply chain from an accredited institution
- Certified Pricing Professional (CPP)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate analysis into actionable governance recommendations
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Process management expertise
