About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement innovative finished good part solutions for the transportation market
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify the best business and technical solutions to meet customer needs
- Support the sales organization in opportunity pursuit and execution of awarded programs
- Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards
- Follow safety policies, identify hazards, and engage in continuous improvement to support a strong EHS culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified prior to start
- Five (5) years of program or project management experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Willingness to be on-call
- Travel may include up to 10% domestic/international
- Master's degree in the engineering disciplines
- Ten (10) years of program or project management experience
- Two (2) years of Automotive Industry Experience
- Demonstrated capability in dealing with complexity and ambiguity
- Experience with Enovia PLM
- Experience with CAD
- Problem solving utilizing resources across departments
- Influence, communication, collaboration, negotiation, resilience, and determination
- Multi-tasking and handling large workloads under time constraints
