About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work on meaningful projects addressing real customer, channel, territory, and business priorities
  • Conduct customer and market research covering customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, sales opportunities, and business performance
  • Participate in customer engagement, account planning, territory activities, inside sales, field sales, channel activities, business development, and sales growth initiatives
  • Contribute to sales projects, customer outreach, product demonstrations, campaign execution, performance tracking, stakeholder updates, and recommendations to business leaders
  • Develop foundational skills in sales, customer engagement, business analysis, project management, communication, and product knowledge
  • Attend training, coaching, networking, corporate-sponsored events, and exposure opportunities with senior leadership
  • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, security standards, and safety policies; identify hazards and support continuous EHS improvement
  • Field sales internships may include up to 75% domestic travel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or higher, from an accredited institution
  • Current, valid driver’s license required
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution (additional qualification)
  • Completed a minimum of sophomore year (4 semesters) by the start of the internship (additional qualification)
  • Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (additional qualification)
  • Completion of two required classes in the major, minor, or concentration (additional qualification)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and presentation skills (additional qualification)
  • Strong time management, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills (additional qualification)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team (additional qualification)
  • Strong aptitude and desire for a career in sales (additional qualification)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
