About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support on 3Shape hardware, including 3D scanners, and software
- Support customers via online sessions, telephone, and email
- Participate in occasional on-site events
- Manage support cases by collecting relevant customer information according to company procedures
- Record customer information in the company CRM
- Interact with other departments
- Escalate customer feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer-oriented approach
- Good communicator with the ability to ask and listen
- Strong verbal and writing skills (B2 level) in French and Ukrainian
- At least Intermediate English for internal communication
- Problem-solving and logical thinking skills
