About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand North American customers' operational needs and translate them into tailored software solutions
- Partner with customers throughout their lifecycle to optimize their processes
- Provide technical support for North American clients
- Assist the sales team with technical software demonstrations and pre-sales technical discussions
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders from project kickoff to successful closure
- Ensure deliverables meet technical and operational scope
- Gather detailed technical requirements
- Scope project activities, define timelines, and estimate activity durations
- Partner with engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into product enhancements and technical proposals
- Assist with management of US GovCloud instances
- Report directly to the Senior Technical Project Manager for North America
Requirements
What you’ll need- US Citizenship is required due to US GovCloud access and security requirements
- BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical application support, customer success, or project management delivering software solutions to enterprise customers
- Experience operating within the defense and security sector
- Broad engineering foundation in design, simulation, scanning, and conventional manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with Additive Manufacturing (AM) software and workflows is a plus
- Experience with software implementation and systems deployment
- Experience with standard agile/traditional project management tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Limited travel required
