About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- First point of contact for commercial and residential tenants, providing comprehensive and professional property management
- Responsible for correspondence with clients, tenants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, and building caretakers
- Recording defects and defect reports and developing pragmatic solutions
- Reviewing invoices, ensuring accurate cost allocation, and supporting the service charge accounting team as a central point of contact
- Entering and maintaining tenant and property data in the integrated property management system
- Monitoring rights and obligations under lease agreements
- Independently conducting property inspections and supporting handovers as part of new lettings
- Developing and implementing needs-based cost optimization measures in coordination with the team leader
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial or real estate qualification, preferably as a real estate manager (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- Initial solid professional experience in property management, real estate administration, or a similar field
- Structured, independent working style with a hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with tenants, service providers, and internal contacts
- Strong cost awareness and commercial thinking
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to focus on what matters, even when handling multiple issues simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with property management systems is an advantage
- Team spirit and a service-oriented approach
- Class B driving license is an advantage
