About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership of the customer experience and customer journey
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and take ownership of customer relationships
  • Support customers by phone and via email/ticketing systems
  • Guide customers through the entire project delivery process—from initial contact, scheduling and follow-up questions through project acceptance, invoicing and after-sales support
  • Communicate proactively with customers and resolve issues
  • Coordinate between customers and internal teams
  • Help build successful, satisfied customer relationships and contribute to project success
  • Optimize support and service processes in a rapidly growing startup
  • Depending on your experience, take on additional project responsibilities to help further develop operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Very strong German skills (C2)
  • Good English skills (C1)
  • Professional customer support skills and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Empathetic and confident handling of challenging customer situations
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple customers, project phases, priorities and team interactions
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and be willing to support colleagues and actively ask for help
  • Willingness to navigate complex building renovation processes and maintain an overview in a fast-paced environment
  • Suitable for career starters as well as candidates with professional experience
  • No formal vocational training or university degree explicitly required
