About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take primary responsibility for projects during the immediate implementation phase
- Coordinate final technical preparations, installations, and acceptance procedures
- Manage external trade contractors and serve as the point of contact for questions and short-notice issues
- Clarify technical questions relating to installations
- Compare customer orders with project briefings for trade contractors
- Coordinate input from technical planning teams and resolve outstanding questions
- Ensure that trade contractors properly complete their assigned project work
- Support customers throughout the implementation phase and take responsibility for the relevant part of the customer journey and customer experience
- Communicate via phone, email/ticketing systems, and CRM systems
- Coordinate between customers, trade contractors, and internal teams
- Optimize support and service processes
- Depending on experience, take on additional project topics to help further develop Operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- A technical university degree or specialized vocational training is not required
- Technical aptitude and an interest in topics related to energy-efficient building renovations or the skilled trades are desirable
- Excellent German skills (C2)
- Good English skills (C1)
- Previous experience is not required; entry-level candidates are welcome
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple customers, trade contractors, project-related questions, and priorities
- Confident using phones, email/ticketing systems, and various CRM systems
- Ability to manage challenging situations with customers or trade contractors
- Enjoy working in a team, supporting colleagues, and proactively asking for help
