About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join the ERP Customer Success team as part of a consulting team dedicated to a major industrial client using Sage X3
Ensure high-quality, responsive support
Work on a weekly rotation between Level 1 and Level 2 support
At Level 1, handle incidents and requests through the ticketing system
Pre-qualify each ticket within 30 minutes
Analyze the scope, impact, and priority level of each request
Resolve requests covered by procedures and the knowledge base
Escalate issues to Level 2 or to the technical-functional consultant when necessary
Ensure compliance with SLAs, manage priorities, and contribute to activity reporting
At Level 2, diagnose and resolve complex business incidents in Sage X3
Analyze requirements and enhance the solution configuration
Advise key users and support their skills development
Expand the knowledge base and Level 1 procedures
Participate in customer governance meetings, including COPIL and COSUI steering committees
Work on procurement, sales, inventory, production, Master Production Scheduling/Material Requirements Planning (MPS/MRP), industrial management control, and master data processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Sage X3 functional consultant, ideally in an industrial environment
Understanding of industrial processes and workflows
Strong command of functional troubleshooting and Sage X3 configuration
Ability to quickly analyze an issue to identify its root cause and priority
Experience with a ticketing system, ideally Salesforce Service Cloud
Meticulous approach to priority management and SLA compliance
Ability to advise and support users
Comfortable working with business teams and stakeholders involved in governance meetings
Team-oriented mindset with an interest in knowledge transfer and sharing
