About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze clients’ needs and understand their business processes related to product development
- Advise business teams on PLM best practices and propose tailored solutions
- Participate in the functional design and deployment of solutions
- Prepare functional and technical deliverables, including specifications, requirements documents, procedures, and user guides
- Support users in adopting new solutions and lead change management initiatives
- Provide functional support and contribute to resolving issues after go-live
- Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, and subject-matter experts
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and service offerings
- Support industrial companies in digitizing and optimizing their product development processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of industrial product design and development processes
- Functional expertise in PTC Windchill and Creo Parametric solutions
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into concrete solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an interest in working with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent writing skills and a strong ability to explain and train others
- Professional level of English, enabling you to work in an international environment
- Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical product development
- Experience working on CAD/PLM projects
- Significant experience with PTC’s Windchill and Creo Parametric solutions
- Strong listening skills, analytical mindset, and customer-service orientation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
