About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple fixed-price projects focused on deploying the Aquiweb MES solution for industrial customers
Oversee all organizational and technical phases of the projects
Lead projects end to end, including progress, quality, budget, and timelines
Ensure compliance with the contractual scope and independently manage contract amendments
Identify and manage risks
Define and monitor action plans
Coordinate internal teams and customer stakeholders
Ensure the quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and budget tracking
Provide internal and external reporting and raise alerts when necessary
Ensure the financial profitability of projects
Travel occasionally, representing less than 20% of working time

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of project management experience, ideally with a software integrator
Strong interest in or experience within the industrial sector
Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and a strong customer satisfaction focus
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong analytical and summarization skills, rigor, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple projects
Professional English required for working in an international environment
Ability to adapt to various methodologies and stakeholders
