About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run portal training and onboarding for clinical end users, including pulmonologists, radiologists, CT technologists, nurse navigators, and program coordinators
  • Support workflow adoption and operational best practices during the early adoption phase of the customer journey
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for an assigned portfolio of U.S. accounts
  • Field clinical questions regarding protocols, screening eligibility, and report workflow
  • Surface recurring issues for product fixes
  • Configure 4DMedical algorithms, workflows, and reporting settings to align with customer clinical and operational requirements
  • Share customer feedback and operational insights to improve internal processes
  • Provide first-line customer support and ticket triage
  • Own U.S. portal configuration and install verification

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on clinical CT / radiology experience in a U.S. hospital or imaging center
  • Chest CT, pulmonary imaging or lung cancer screening strongly preferred
  • Direct exposure to PACS / RIS, DICOM routing / auto-send configuration and hospital imaging IT workflows from the clinical side
  • Formal clinical imaging training (radiologic technology program or equivalent) with hands-on CT experience
  • ARRT (R)(CT) or state-equivalent radiologic technologist credential desirable
  • Customer-facing applications, in-service / training, vendor support or SaaS / healthcare-IT technical support experience (Tier 1–2) desirable
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or a ticketing system desirable
  • Bachelor's degree desirable
  • Imaging-informatics exposure (CIIP-type knowledge) desirable
  • Salesforce / Jira / Confluence familiarity desirable
  • Successful candidates must undergo background checks and credentialing
  • Successful candidates must provide documentation such as I-9 verification
  • Current CV and mandatory Cover Letter required for application
