About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, configure, and optimize tools, dashboards, and workflows for 4SiGHT’s consulting engagements
Develop and maintain project management tools and assets, including project plans, RAID logs, deliverable logs, resource management tools, executive status reports, and portfolio dashboards
Configure and support Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, and Power BI
Create automated workflows, notifications, data collection forms, and reporting solutions
Gather requirements and translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions
Support testing, validation, deployment, and adoption of new tools and enhancements
Collect and consolidate project, program, and portfolio performance metrics
Build dashboards for delivery performance visibility and leadership decision-making
Develop user guides, training materials, release notes, and process documentation
Support onboarding and training for project teams while promoting PMO standards and governance requirements
Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize delivery processes through technology, automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools
Contribute to 4SiGHT’s Smart PMO ecosystem and Delivery Excellence framework

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Operations Management, Business Technology, Informatics, or a related field
Recent graduates and graduating seniors are encouraged to apply
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, logical functions, pivot tables, data analysis, visualization, and reporting
Familiarity with business systems, databases, and digital collaboration technologies
Demonstrated ability to learn new software platforms quickly
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills
Ability to turn manual processes into streamlined, repeatable workflows
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create professional documentation and explain ideas clearly
Strong collaboration skills with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nominal travel required, including travel to client sites from time to time based on project needs
