About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and manage a pipeline of new clients from scratch using an outbound-first approach
- Run full-cycle deals from first contact to signed contract
- Work directly with client-side C-level stakeholders
- Develop partnerships and expand the network across US and European markets
- Attend industry events and client meetings across Europe
- Support the growth of 5Blue Software's sales presence in US and European markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- English C1+
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development Management
- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, outstaffing, custom software development, or AI services
- Open to business travel across Europe for client meetings and industry conferences
- Proven outbound track record, including pipeline building, deal closing, and hitting revenue targets
- Comfortable navigating complex negotiations with senior stakeholders
