Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
  • Ability to identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees, and encourage employee productivity
  • Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the rewards loyalty program
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures
  • Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge; Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience
  • Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence
  • Automotive liability insurance maintained during employment
  • Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
