About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute clients’ lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedule, performance, and budget goals
  • Lead monthly performance report reviews, highlighting wins, improvement areas, and recommendations
  • Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines with strong organization and attention to detail
  • Identify campaign or project issues and recommend solutions
  • Manage email marketing strategies, programs, and calendars
  • Create and implement email marketing calendars integrated with other marketing initiatives
  • Own client relationships and determine campaign vision
  • Ensure timely and successful deployment of targeted email campaigns
  • Multitask, prioritize, and coordinate activities across agile deadlines
  • Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams
  • Own email marketing thought leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of email marketing experience; agency experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of Klaviyo experience
  • Experience leading and executing strategy for an e-commerce brand
  • Familiarity with email marketing service providers and marketing automation technologies including Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, and Braze
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration and high customer satisfaction
  • Experience with client engagements involving marketing automation technology, email marketing, and/or lead generation
  • Experience within the digital advertising landscape and related technologies
  • Familiarity with marketing initiatives and goals
  • Comfort with business analytics and producing data-driven insights and reports
  • Interest in or experience as a mentor
  • Willingness to immerse in learning the client’s business
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Initiative and ability to work in a team environment
  • Relevant marketing experience building and managing campaigns using lead generation and lead nurturing strategies
  • SMS experience with platforms such as Sakari and Attentive
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must not require current or future employment visa sponsorship in the United States
