About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategize, develop, and simultaneously maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for medium-to-enterprise clients
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness against client goals, conversions, and events
  • Regularly update clients on the status of digital initiatives
  • Prepare client deliverables from project kickoff documents through rolling reporting
  • Advise clients on accomplishing business goals through digital advertising
  • Serve as a technical resource to other departments
  • Coordinate with colleagues across marketing disciplines to drive collective success
  • Manage a portfolio of clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3-5 years managing paid advertising programs
  • Thorough understanding of paid social advertising tools such as Meta and LinkedIn
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs
  • Deep understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, or similar
  • Ability to leverage AI-powered tools and automation for research, insights, optimization, and reporting
  • Familiarity with WordPress or a similar CMS
  • Understanding of landing page best practices and optimization techniques
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
  • Experience with pixeling and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager or other means
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks, or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience juggling multiple projects and paid advertising campaigns simultaneously
  • Certifications in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar are nice to have
  • Familiarity with Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, Reddit Ads, and/or TikTok Ads is nice to have
  • Experience with Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads is nice to have
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
