About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build advertising strategies with content marketers, designers, and account directors
- Identify the best messages and channels for target audiences
- Build and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms
- Conduct research to identify keywords and target audiences
- Monitor accounts, conduct A/B testing, and adjust campaign strategy to achieve advertising results
- Lead client communication about strategy, execution, and progress
- Learn clients' business models and bottom-line factors to inform strategy decisions
- Diagnose campaign performance issues and create corrective action plans
- Apply new information and training to client accounts
- Keep strategic and technical knowledge current across marketing trends, economics, business strategy, and platform/channel updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred, not required
- 1–2 years of experience in ads management
- Experience reaching key advertising metrics through campaign strategy and execution
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter committed to continuous learning in an ever-changing environment
- Experience with at least 2–4 advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
