About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct drug and alcohol testing using urinalysis, oral swabs, and sweat patch testing
- Follow company policies and applicable regulations during testing
- Provide clients with clear testing instructions
- Maintain professionalism, neutrality, and client dignity
- Maintain accurate chain of custody for specimens
- Prepare, package, and ship specimens to designated laboratories
- Document testing activities and results in company systems
- Complete required reports and documentation on time
- Maintain HIPAA and company confidentiality standards
- Complete assigned appointments and respond to scheduling updates, urgent testing needs, and on-call requests
- Track and submit drive time and mileage
- Maintain testing-supply inventory and communicate restocking needs
- Follow field-service safety procedures and report incidents, refusals, or irregularities
- Communicate professionally with clients, referral sources, and internal team members
- Support program operations and coordination
- Assist with quality reviews or audits when requested
- Adhere to company policies and documentation timelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Male gender requirement/BFOQ for directly observing male clients during urine specimen collection
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Acceptable driving record with no more than 3 points assessed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening and maintain eligibility standards
- Availability to work at least one weekend day per week and two evenings
- Strong communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned service areas
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform testing procedures as needed
- Ability to lift and carry testing supplies and materials
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, criminal justice, behavioral health, or related field preferred
- At least two years of experience in drug testing, specimen collection, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with chain of custody procedures and compliance standards preferred

Comp & perks- Drive time compensation of $18.00/hour when eligible
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.55 per mile after 60 miles of one-way travel
- Mileage reimbursement is not taxed and is paid biweekly
