About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Promote products to plumbers and contractors within a specified market area
  • Solicit business and goodwill from plumbers and contractors
  • Submit weekly written call reports to the appropriate manager
  • Submit weekly expense envelopes to the designated person
  • Co-author the annual sales report with the appropriate manager
  • Provide basic service and start-up of equipment
  • Represent the company at local trade association meetings to promote products
  • Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements
  • Promote the NAWT product line to existing and prospective customers
  • Support sales campaigns and promotions
  • Report product quality, delivery, inventory, and other customer complaints to management
  • Maintain professional grooming and appearance as a primary field contact
  • Provide requested sales data or information to management
  • Pursue self-improvement in public speaking, product knowledge, time management, and sales presentation
  • Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Sales or Account Management Experience
  • Excellent communication skills via written and oral
  • Water Treatment Industry or wholesale experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year related work experience
  • Ability to provide basic equipment service and start-up using necessary tools and instruments
  • Ability to represent the company at local trade association meetings
  • Ability to analyze and control expenditures within budgetary requirements
