About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and execute daily shipping activities
- Pick, pack, label, and stage shipments
- Coordinate outbound shipments
- Ensure shipping accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of six (6) months of related work experience or training
- SAP knowledge preferred but not required
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends, or holidays
- Customer service oriented
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Dependable and detail oriented
- Ability to manage priorities and multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Limited exposure to dust and loud noises
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions associated with production work
- Ability to safely lift and move materials as required
