Lead solutioning, design, and development of complex Integration Engineering solutions at scale

Lead modernization from legacy systems to microservices

Requirements

What you’ll need

14+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Development, engineering excellence at scale, and technical mentoring
Experience designing and delivering large-scale, high-performance integration solutions in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments
Strong background in E-commerce, API design, and microservices-based architectures
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions
Experience with containerized workloads
Ability to translate business objectives into technical strategies and measurable outcomes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience modernizing legacy systems to microservices
Ability to understand business goals and metrics, turn data into insights, and translate requirements into actionable analysis
Technical thought leadership and credibility across engineering and business teams
Experience building, mentoring, and achieving high-performing teams
Ability to motivate and inspire teams and develop talent
